THE PERSON BEHIND THE SYSTEM

I built this from the floor up — because that’s where real leadership lives.

For over 30 years, I’ve worked in restaurant and hospitality leadership — building teams, leading operations, understanding the numbers, and learning what truly separates restaurants that thrive from the ones that simply survive.

The difference was rarely the concept, the location, or the menu.

It was always the leadership behind the operation.

I built the F.O.R.K. System after seeing the same patterns over and over — talented managers without structure, financial understanding, or the right mentorship to grow into true leaders.

And after seeing how quickly standards can slip without accountability, I created the P.U.LS.E. System — designed to maintain momentum, consistency, and operational discipline as businesses grow.

Part of that mindset came from my mentor Peter, who believed in me early and worked shoulder to shoulder with me for years. His leadership, accountability, and high standards continue to shape the foundation of Growth Fork.
